The legendary Soviet officer shinel all wool overcoat. Heavy-weight coat has been a traditional Russian military winter coat from as early as 19th century (one of Gogol's short stories was even named after it)
The coat is well made and is of a fine quality wool. Synthetic lining. Officer's wool overcoat was basically similar to the enlisted version, but made of higher-quality wool.

Comes with your choice of soviet officer shoulder boards (not sewed on, with unattached stars needed for desired rank).
